Hello Deer!

I know it's been a while since I published a new Baby Blanket pattern, I seem to have been super busy tweaking my blog (do you like the new-ish look?), doing bits to the patterns on the go and painting a wall in our home a beautiful white. The new white wall means that now, I have a permanent place to take all my project and pattern photos. I love it! It's great :)

So anyway...I'd very much like to introduce to you a new member of the Baby Blanket family...

Yes, I have named this piece of lovely the 'Hello Deer' Baby Blanket. Do you like it? It involves intarsia crochet (where the picture is made with in the stitch) and a bit of sewing as it's lined. It's a great accessory for any nursery and would make a impressive handmade gift :)

I made it using DROPS Big Merino superwash, which is 100% wool, wonderfully soft and you can wash it!

So, if you think you'd like to have a go, you can find the pattern in any of my shops;

I hope you have a cool and creative week. See you back here soon!

Cheerio :)

  3. Very cute! I'm in love with the pattern, and also the solid white blanket, (with the stuffed squirrel). Is there a pattern for that?

    1. Hi there Cupcake,
      I'm sorry to say I don't have a pattern for the white blankets I use in the photos. They are old blankets I picked up from a car boot sale a while ago. Maybe you will find something similar on www.ravelry.com?
      Best wishes,
      Amy
